Reading this post from my Substack notes there is a guess that AI will cool down in 2024. Due to the lack of funding right now in the VC landscape. I am not sure if the AI Hype will subside in 2024 but it is still going strong now.

I don’t intend to have a daily AI news brief this blog, maybe I might do a roundup monthly like Curious Reforge, I intend to focused on learning the tools and learning about AI Engineering. Using substack I am just using a platform to host for free for now.
Right now I am experimenting with Runway ML trying to make my characters move.
Cooldown?
This can be good as having a cool down due to an economic recession can help weed out some of the chaff.
Some companies will go bust others will survive. I am sure Open AI and Stable diffusion will still be around.
But like previous Dot come and 2008 Financial Crisis some of the AI companies will thrive, but not without some issues still remain

High AI Hallucination Rates
I still think AI will be a good tool in the future, it is already in the culture of people’s mind to think about using these tools.
